CloudSEK, a cybersecurity product company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. The Customer Success Manager will ensure clients derive maximum value from CloudSEK's cybersecurity solutions through deep engagement, expert guidance on threat management, and seamless product integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships for client accounts.
  • Conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews.
  • Visit customers twice a year.
  • Provide expert guidance on threat intelligence and data leak prevention.
  • Act as a security analyst.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure on-time renewals and maintain a high customer retention rate.
  • Ensure 100% product usage for subscribed features.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and threat intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving customer success goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
