WongDoody, with its presence in 22 locations across 4 continents, is seeking a Producer/Project Manager to join their team in Stuttgart. The role involves managing the production of creative concepts in digital, interactive, and real-time experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling all production-related activities, from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, timing, and budget adherence.
Role involves:
- Calculating and producing creative concepts in digital and interactive & realtime experience
- Planning, managing, and controlling all production-related activities
- Ensuring quality, timing, and budget
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Advising clients on Interactive Live Communication
- Recruiting and coordinating freelancers and external service providers
- Developing measures to improve internal structures and project performance
- Preparing and presenting projects to clients
Requirements:
- A degree in Film, Media, Media Economics, Communication Design, or similar
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Producer or Project Manager
- Experience in client support and coordination of larger productions
- Good knowledge in media applications (touch applications, AR productions, etc.)
- Affinity for current digital live communication trends
- Strong business acumen and brand understanding
- Quick comprehension and strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in German and English
