Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead its LATAM influencer and affiliate growth initiatives. This role involves managing a team of business developers, overseeing key partner relationships, and driving scalable strategies for user acquisition and brand awareness through KOLs, communities, and affiliates. The ideal candidate will have a blend of hands-on execution and high-level planning skills.Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the KOL and affiliate marketing strategy across LATAM.
• Manage, coach, and grow a team of Business Developers.
• Identify and build relationships with top-tier influencers, crypto communities, and affiliate networks.
• Design and oversee localized, data-driven influencer campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch integrated campaigns.
• Optimize KOL and affiliate performance using campaign analytics.
• Develop scalable onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking processes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business development, influencer marketing, or affiliate partnerships.
• Proven success managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of KOL and affiliate acquisition channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing campaigns.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM crypto landscape.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and globally distributed team.
