OKX is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Asset & Financial Product team in Singapore. The company believes in reshaping the future with crypto and contributing to individual freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange and the developer of OKX Wallet, providing access to crypto trading and decentralized applications. The Financial Product team focuses on building next-generation investment solutions for crypto assets.

As a Software Engineer, the candidate will join a greenfield project and help build a new team. They will design and implement high-performing, scalable, and flexible user-centric services to support a global user base and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to drive rapid innovation in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Join a greenfield project and help build a brand-new team.
• Design and implement high-performing, scalable, and flexible user-centric services.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Experience in Microservices/API development using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with Middleware technologies such as Redis, Kafka, MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of multi-threading and distributed architecture.
• Familiarity with messaging frameworks such as Kafka, Tibco, and Informatica UM.
• Solid understanding of relational databases.
• Embrace agile development process including TDD, CI/CD, and Scrum.
