OKX is seeking a Product Designer to enhance UX craft and design alignment across global apps. This role involves crafting user experiences that connect products and users. The Product Designer will collaborate with global design, product, creative, strategy, engineering, and research teams to advance product offerings. • Leveraging data and user feedback to inform product interfaces and user journeys.
• Generating ideas and validating directions with customers.
• Participating in design critiques and presenting work.
• Owning end-to-end design quality and advocating for UX.

• Driving consensus and balancing user needs with business goals.

Requirements:

• Native to crypto with Cefi or DeFi experience/interest.
• 3-5 years of Product Design experience.
• Experience designing digital products in an agile environment.
• Portfolio showcasing modern design and mobile-first design ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent.
• Understanding of human-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in translating complex problems into user-centric experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple dependencies.
• Expertise in using design methodologies and tools for collaboration.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in developing digital products with knowledge of user research, UX, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.
