Senior Java Backend Developer (all genders) - Hybrid

Job Description

Eurowings Digital is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to contribute to their online booking platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering value with software, delighting customers, and achieving business goals. This role involves being highly involved in the development of the backend system, writing clean and understandable code, and ensuring features are developed and deployed with zero downtime. The candidate will also participate in team meetings and collaborate with team members.Responsibilities:

• Developing the backend system
• Writing clean and understandable code
• Ensuring fast feature development and deployment with zero downtime
• Participating in team meetings

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Java developer
• Experience writing Webservice with Spring / Spring Boot
• Experience with Microservices and RESTful services
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Containerised applications, Kubernetes
• Experience with log management ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Expertise in software quality assurance
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub
• Very good command of English
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS in headless architecture
