Job Description
Tenstorrent is seeking a Manager of Workplace Operations for the EMEA and APAC regions. This role involves overseeing all workplace operations across these regions, including managing a team of local office managers. The position requires international travel and close coordination with North American and global leadership to ensure standardization.Responsibilities:
  • Direct a team of office managers in EMEA and APAC.
  • Collaborate on global operations standardization.
  • Contribute to the 'Office in a Box' program.
  • Develop regional strategies for office densification.
  • Supervise construction management and office refreshes.
  • Manage local facilities projects.
  • Coordinate with property management and administer MEP systems.
  • Cultivate relationships with local office vendors.
  • Manage access control and support emergency action plans.
  • Coordinate local internal and external events.
  • Manage the snack, food, and beverage program.
  • Oversee workplace operations communications.
  • Create and manage the annual OpEx plan for EMEA and APAC.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of office management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • High proficiency in office software and project management tools.
  • Strong background in managing complex office operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity for strategic thinking.
  • Experience with budget creation and financial oversight.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
