Job Description
Tenstorrent is seeking a Manager of Physical Security and Safety to oversee all aspects of physical security across its global workplaces. This role involves managing security personnel, designing and maintaining access control and camera surveillance systems, and developing executive protection and employee travel safety programs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee access control systems.
- Plan and supervise camera placement and monitoring.
- Oversee and manage an executive protection program.
- Direct and manage an employee travel safety program.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Emergency Action Plans.
- Manage the physical security of workplaces.
- Orchestrate event security.
- Conduct investigations and provide intelligence on potential threats.
- Manage communications regarding physical security.
- Create a budget for all security and safety related operations.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of physical security and safety management experience.
- Deep knowledge of physical security systems.
- Strong understanding of physical security principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- High proficiency in office software and security technologies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage security incidents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to anticipate challenges and find solutions.
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive security programs.
- Proven experience in leading, managing, and developing security personnel.
- Experience with budget creation, management, and financial oversight.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
