Job Description

Tenstorrent is seeking a Workplace Project Manager to join their Global Workplace team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various workplace projects, including office expansions, renovations, maintenance, and space planning. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring operational excellence across teams and locations. The Workplace Project Manager requires a strong familiarity with workplace operations and a keen understanding of real estate. This position requires extensive international travel and management of large vendor teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction and facilities projects from conception to completion
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies during project execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all construction and facilities projects
  • Source and manage third-party contractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Work closely with internal workplace business partners to assess space requirements
  • Implement workplace optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with larger global workplace operations, IT, AV and Security teams to establish and maintain global workplace standards
  • Contribute to the global workplace operations team on creating and establishing the 'Office in a Box' program for new, smaller co-working offices worldwide
  • Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety standards
  • Collaborate with department heads to initiate and manage cross-functional projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience within a tech or fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field
  • High proficiency in office software and project management tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to anticipate challenges, find solutions, and execute under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading projects to successful completion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and open-concept workspace
