Learning Experience Designer

Job Description

Educate! is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to contribute to education reform and ensure programs create lasting impact for students and youth. The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for designing content for program and advocacy materials, teacher training, and peer-learning materials aligned with Tanzanian educational standards.

The role involves:

• Designing business studies subject resources.
• Providing secondary teacher training and support.
• Coordinating learning and improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Social Science, Adult Education, or a related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in learning experience design, instructional design, human-centered design, or training design.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research within human-centered design processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy in tools like Google Docs and spreadsheets.
