Wayve is seeking a Jira Administrator to support its growing Jira environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for Jira-related requests, assisting teams with configurations, workflows, field management, and troubleshooting. This role is based in London and offers a hybrid working arrangement.Wayve is a leading developer of Embodied AI technology, focused on creating autonomy that propels the world forward. Responsibilities: - Own and manage all Jira support requests.
- Design and maintain project setups, workflows, issue types, and permission schemes.
- Build intuitive filters, dashboards, and boards.
- Keep the system clean, usable, and scalable.
- Document Jira usage patterns and support onboarding.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Jira Administrator (Cloud preferred).
- Comfortable customizing Jira.
- Understanding of building dashboards, filters, and permissions.
- Experience supporting product or technical teams.
- Organized, responsive, and enjoys helping teams.
- Experience with tools like ScriptRunner, Advanced Roadmaps, or Jira Structure.
