Technical Program Manager

2K Games, a global video game company, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team in Austin, Texas. This role is crucial for delivering innovative solutions to 2K's studios, ensuring their technology needs are met so they can focus on building incredible games. The Technical Program Manager will apply their skills in agile project and program management, change management, process documentation, and business requirements definition.

This person will be responsible for tracking schedules, managing risks, and fostering strong relationships across the business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to navigate a fast-paced environment and a passion for getting things done.

What This Role Involves:

• Owning the delivery of multiple products in accordance with the product roadmap.
• Leading and facilitating the Agile process, coaching the team on Scrum principles.
• Managing team resources and partnering with Product and Engineering leads.
• Identifying, tracking, and driving resolution of blocking issues.
• Coordinating cross-project dependency and release management activities.
• Facilitating triage of customer tickets and driving Sprint Backlog management in Jira.
• Establishing successful release communications and driving program-level performance reporting.
• Recommending and implementing process improvements.
• Maintaining team morale.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience.
• Domain expertise in IT, Video Game Production, and/or Supply Chain & Vendor Management.
• Experience with Agile as Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, and Flowcharting tools.
• Demonstrated strategic planning and executive presentation skills.
• BA/BS, CSM/CSPO certification.
• Ability to interact, influence, and align with all levels of an organization.
