JustAnswer is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive tangible business impact through high-quality insights and recommendations. The Analyst will combine strategic thinking and problem-solving with detailed analysis, collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to uncover valuable business insights, devise optimization strategies, and validate them through experiments.About JustAnswer

• Collaborating with Product and Analytics leadership to conceive and structure analysis.
• Conducting analysis of internal & external data to find growth & optimization opportunities.
• Packaging and communicating findings and recommendations to a broad audience.
• Performing Descriptive & Prescriptive Analytics including experimentations (AB, MAB).
• Implementing and tracking business metrics.
• Helping determine growth strategy from a marketing and operations perspective.
• Operating in an individual capacity as a lead analyst.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce/customer experience products.
• Proficiency in analysis and business modeling using Excel.
• Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, PowerBI, and Python / R would be a plus.
• Experience with SQL with a strong ability to write complex queries.
• Expertise in Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Inferential Statistical Analysis.
• Experience in setting up and driving A/B Testing or Hypothesis Testing.
• Ability to translate analysis results into business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English level.
