Job Description
Corelight, a leading network detection and response platform, is seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager to lead its APJ channel and alliances strategy, focusing primarily on the ANZ market. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cybersecurity channel sales and partner ecosystems, with a strong understanding of the channel and alliance partner landscape for the federal government and top ASX organizations. Prior experience with large System Integrators and Government contracts/tenders is highly valued.
Role involves:
- Designing and executing a comprehensive APJ channel strategy.
- Managing the partner ecosystem and developing co-selling and co-marketing plans.
- Recruiting and onboarding partners while maintaining strong relationships.
- Developing and implementing partner enablement programs.
- Driving revenue growth through the channel.
- Collaborating with internal sales, marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Staying ahead of market trends and providing partners with the latest solutions.
- Understanding key compliance/regulations in the ANZ market.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leading the negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements.
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or sales leadership, with at least 5 years in the cybersecurity industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, trends, and challenges.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills with partners, senior executives, and customers.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales through channel partnerships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
