The role involves designing and executing a national strategy, identifying business opportunities, and forging alliances with key players in the sector. Responsibilities:
- Identifying and mapping key players in the new construction sector.
- Negotiating and closing strategic collaboration agreements.
- Capturing new construction projects for integration into the Huspy platform.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners.
- Generating business opportunities to maximize value.
- Collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Staying abreast of market trends and proposing continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships in the real estate sector.
