YouGov is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join their team in Nuremberg, Germany. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office and offers a mix of collaboration and home-based productivity. The HR Generalist will provide end-to-end HR operational support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and collective bargaining agreements. They will also be a key point of contact for employees and line managers in assigned European countries, supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle.Role involves:
Providing HR operational support to employees and managers
Managing employee lifecycle activities
Serving as a key point of contact for employees and line managers
Onboarding new starters
Managing employee-related changes
Providing advice and administering family leave policies
Overseeing the termination process
Supporting monthly payroll administration
Benefit administration
Processing termination cases
Leave management and preparation of reports
Producing offer letters and employment contracts
Supporting annual promotion and pay review processes
Utilizing Workday as the HRIS
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Collaborating with HR teams
Reviewing processes and suggesting improvements
Requirements:
At least 3 years of proven experience in HR operations in Germany
Fluent German language skills (C1 / C2 Level) & English language skills (C1/C2 level)
Strong knowledge of local labor laws
Demonstrable experience using Workday as an HRIS
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Agile and adaptable
Customer-focused
Personable with great communication skills
