Job Description

Enforce, part of the BTG Pactual Group, is seeking a Data Specialist to join their team. Enforce aims to transform devalued assets in the credit and real estate market. The company is experiencing rapid growth and offers a dynamic environment.

The Data Specialist will be involved in developing analytical and predictive models, extracting insights from large data volumes, and supporting the structuring and automation of data pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop machine learning models and predictive analyses.
• Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Generate insights related to asset portfolios and credit recovery scenarios.
• Contribute to the construction and maintenance of robust and scalable data pipelines.
• Integrate different data sources (ERP, CRM, external sources).
• Collaborate with business, technology, and product areas to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Document analytical processes and pipelines.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with Data Science (predictive modeling, statistics, machine learning).
• Knowledge in Data Engineering (pipelines, ETL, data modeling).
• Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL) and data manipulation tools.
• Experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS or GCP).
• Analytical skills and focus on problem-solving.
• Good communication and adaptability in dynamic contexts.
