Banyan Software is seeking candidates for its Executive Leadership Program. The company aims to acquire, build, and grow enterprise software businesses. This program offers an opportunity to work directly for one of Banyan’s Operating Partners as their Chief of Staff, gaining exposure to software M&A and value creation activities.Role involves:

• Collaborating with CEOs and functional leaders to implement the Banyan Operating System.
• Leading high-impact projects across various departments.
• Assisting in integration planning for newly acquired businesses.
• Supporting the Operating Partner with critical initiatives.
• Gaining hands-on experience for future leadership roles.

Requirements:

• Graduating (or recently graduated) from top MBA programs (1st year MBA students should not apply).
• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or operational leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision-making ability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of leading projects and delivering results.
• Passion for learning and growth.
