DualEnroll, a Banyan Software portfolio company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure clients maximize the value of their platform. The Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients post-implementation, providing ongoing support and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Some onboarding of new clients may also be required. This role contributes directly to the success of dual enrollment programs nationwide.
Responsibilities include: - Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and scheduled meetings.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Conducting training sessions and creating resources.
- Gathering client feedback for product improvements.
- Collaborating with sales, product, and technical teams.
- Leading new clients through the onboarding process.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years in customer success, stakeholder management, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
