Job Description

PALO IT is seeking an HR Trainee to join their team in Bogota. The HR Trainee will be responsible for handling multiple tasks, proactively meeting the needs of employees, and managing time efficiently. The HR Trainee will play a key role in talent acquisition, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates, utilizing tools such as Greenhouse and BambooHR. The HR Trainee will also perform sourcing through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
