Landor, a world-leading brand specialist and part of WPP, is seeking a Design Director, 3D to join their team in New York. This role involves supporting a client portfolio focused on branded environment transformation across multiple workplace destinations. The Design Director will collaborate with the creative director and a team of designers, producers, and account teammates to drive the development of experience and branding across various applications and venues. They will contribute to the creative direction of proposals and existing projects, leveraging experiential, graphic, and presentation design, with a strong understanding of how brand strategy impacts physical, digital, and human spaces. The ideal candidate will lead a team of internal and external resources to bring project visions and strategies to life, pushing innovation in space design while enforcing established standards.Role involves:

Requirements:

• Experience in a leadership role in a 3D position.
• Knowledge of branded environments and brand standards.
• Expert problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Enscape, Sketchup, CAD, Figma, and Adobe Suite.
• Ability to delegate and direct a team of 3D designers.
