Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SuccessFactors system to support the business needs of the organization. He/She will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their requirements, design effective solutions, and provide technical guidance for the successful implementation of the platform.

The Role Involves:

• Developing, configuring, and customizing SuccessFactors modules in partnership with HR, Payroll and other stakeholders.
• Analyzing existing business processes and recommend improvements to optimize the system and related processes.
• Partnering with integration SMEs to support build of Integrations of SuccessFactors with other HR, Payroll and IT systems
• Identifying user adoption pain points and work with business users to address them.
• Managing business processes design/impact analysis during design, build, and test phases.
• Participating in and supporting integration and end-to-end test cycles to resolve defects within the system.
• Understanding the projects overarching business requirements and timelines and drive closure of design issues to meet the projects go live dates.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation including design specifications, system configurations, and testing plans
• Staying updated with the latest system functionality, releases, and patches, and leverage them to enhance the system's performance and capabilities
• Providing end-user training and support on the system, ensuring smooth user adoption and proficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Techno Functional Consultant or similar role, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors management system
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Core HRIS, Learning, Performance and Compensation etc.)
• In-depth understanding of system configurations, workflows, and business rules in SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements to design effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Advantageous:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) will be an added advantage.
