Associate Creative Director - Copy

MERGE is seeking an Associate Creative Director - Copy to join their team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will merge storytelling and technology to help clients solve business challenges. MERGE fosters enduring client partnerships with notable companies across various industries.

This role involves:

• Ideating concepts and building brands with an Art partner.
• Executing layout designs for print and digital communications.
• Creating award-winning creative solutions.
• Developing ideas for brands in the Life Science space.
• Delivering presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Supervising the work of junior team members.
• Leading new business pitches.

Requirements include:

• 8-10 years of advertising agency experience.
• 6+ years of Life Science industry copywriting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or equivalent.
• Strong experience across print, OOH, social, broadcast, and digital mediums.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Expert knowledge of web and digital media production.
