Job Description

Intercom, an AI Customer Service company, is seeking a Technical Sourcer to join their talent acquisition team in Dublin. The Technical Sourcer will play a critical role in fueling Intercom’s innovation by identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent across Product Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, and Research. He/She will be a strategic partner to the Engineering and TA teams—bringing creativity, rigor, and a deep understanding of the talent landscape to proactively uncover exceptional candidates.

• Drive sourcing strategy and execution for specialized roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Identify and engage passive candidates.
• Implement new sourcing tools and tactics.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates.
• Contribute to talent initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS and sourcing tools.

• 3+ years of technical sourcing experience.
• Proven track record of sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
• Expertise in sourcing beyond LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities.
• Collaborative and curious.
• Experience with tools like Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, SeekOut is a plus.
