Job Description
Intercom, an AI Customer Service company, is seeking a Technology Partner Manager to join its Partnerships team. This role is based in Chicago and involves building and growing relationships with technology partners to unlock new revenue streams through co-selling and delivering joint solutions. The Technology Partner Manager will shape Intercom's partnerships with world-class platforms, driving customer adoption and company growth.What this role involves:
  • Driving revenue through co-selling motions and building pipeline with partners
  • Sourcing, onboarding, and managing relationships with new and existing integrated technology partners
  • Developing and executing partner GTM plans
  • Creating and delivering partner enablement presentations and training content
  • Supporting partner lifecycle from onboarding to QBRs
  • Analyzing and reporting revenue opportunities using Salesforce, Crossbeam/Reveal
  • Leading regional partner strategies and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborating with Sales, Solutions, R&D, Marketing, Legal and Enablement teams
  • Representing Intercom in partner meetings and events
  • Identifying new integration opportunities
Requirements:
  • 3-4+ years in technology partnerships or 5+ years in SaaS sales/business development
  • Proven success in managing partner relationships and hitting revenue targets
  • Strong commercial instincts with a proven ability to co-sell
  • Excellent relationship builder with exceptional communication skills
  • Skilled presenter
  • Strong project manager
  • Able to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with APIs, integration ecosystems, and SaaS business models
  • Experience working across global teams and time zones
  • General knowledge of APIs
