Intercom, an AI Customer Service company, is seeking a Technology Partner Manager to join its Partnerships team. This role is based in Chicago and involves building and growing relationships with technology partners to unlock new revenue streams through co-selling and delivering joint solutions. The Technology Partner Manager will shape Intercom's partnerships with world-class platforms, driving customer adoption and company growth.What this role involves:
Driving revenue through co-selling motions and building pipeline with partners
Sourcing, onboarding, and managing relationships with new and existing integrated technology partners
Developing and executing partner GTM plans
Creating and delivering partner enablement presentations and training content
Supporting partner lifecycle from onboarding to QBRs
Analyzing and reporting revenue opportunities using Salesforce, Crossbeam/Reveal
Leading regional partner strategies and quarterly business reviews
Collaborating with Sales, Solutions, R&D, Marketing, Legal and Enablement teams
Representing Intercom in partner meetings and events
Identifying new integration opportunities
Requirements:
3-4+ years in technology partnerships or 5+ years in SaaS sales/business development
Proven success in managing partner relationships and hitting revenue targets
Strong commercial instincts with a proven ability to co-sell
Excellent relationship builder with exceptional communication skills
Skilled presenter
Strong project manager
Able to work independently and cross-functionally
Familiarity with APIs, integration ecosystems, and SaaS business models
Experience working across global teams and time zones
General knowledge of APIs
