Job Description
Bandwidth is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their Sales Team. Bandwidth is a global software company that helps enterprises deliver exceptional experiences through voice, messaging, and emergency services. This role is the first point of contact with potential customers. He/she will be an enthusiastic ambassador of Bandwidth's complex product who is ready to cold call prospects.

What this role involves:
  • Generating new, high-quality sales leads to set up demos for Account Executives.
  • Meeting all key performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Making 100 touches a day (50-60 phone calls).
  • Achieving 6 qualified demos per month.
  • Understanding Bandwidth’s products and how other companies can benefit from them.
  • Launching a successful career in software sales through world class training.
  • Advancing a sales career through SDR Leveling program & beyond.
  • Being a part of an inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Aptitude and drive to learn complex technologies (SaaS product, APIs, telecom).
  • A proven track record of high achievement.
  • Awesome interpersonal skills: written and verbal.
  • Self motivation with a constant sense of urgency.
  • Attention to details; organized and focused.
  • Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software (Bonus).
  • Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotas (Bonus).
