Job Description

PartnerStack is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their Data Operations team. This role is pivotal in empowering teams across PartnerStack to make data-driven decisions by leveraging technical expertise and curiosity to unlock trusted and reliable data resources. The Senior Analytics Engineer will define and evolve PartnerStack’s analytics engineering standards, shaping how data is modeled, tested, and consumed across the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Defining and evolving PartnerStack’s analytics engineering standards.
• Building tools and infrastructure to support the democratization of data.
• Leading data projects from ingestion to reporting.
• Adopting software engineering best practices.
• Supporting enablement efforts such as documentation and training.
• Helping shape the data model at PartnerStack.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of programming experience in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with modern data stacks and tools.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: CI/CD, version control, unit/integration testing.
• Analytical and business-outcome mindset.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Strong communication skills.
