The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, pipeline management, and target achievement. This role requires a team player who is enthusiastic about the physical therapy space.
Role involves: - Generating leads through cold calling
- Supporting lead generation efforts
- Building a pipeline of acquisition opportunities
- Outbound prospect qualification and company research
- Managing and maintaining prospect database
- Assisting in marketing campaigns
- Managing outbound mailing program
- Performing administrative tasks
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Results-oriented approach
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Local to the Chicago, IL area/willing to relocate
Role offers: - Base salary of $55,000
- Uncapped commission potential
- On-target earnings (OTE) of around $75,000-$85,000
