Thrive Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, pipeline management, and target achievement. This role requires a team player who is enthusiastic about the physical therapy space.
    Role involves:
  • Generating leads through cold calling
  • Supporting lead generation efforts
  • Building a pipeline of acquisition opportunities
  • Outbound prospect qualification and company research
  • Managing and maintaining prospect database
  • Assisting in marketing campaigns
  • Managing outbound mailing program
  • Performing administrative tasks
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Results-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Local to the Chicago, IL area/willing to relocate
    Role offers:
  • Base salary of $55,000
  • Uncapped commission potential
  • On-target earnings (OTE) of around $75,000-$85,000
