Workplace Services Custodian

Job Description

GOAT Group is seeking a Workplace Services Custodian to join their Asset Protection team in New York. The Asset Protection team is dedicated to offering employees a safe workplace that operates at the highest level of integrity. The department oversees the physical security and maintenance of facilities, inventory movement, and employee safety.This role involves basic cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized workplace environment.

• Cleaning tables and surface areas
• Cleaning ceilings and walls
• Cleaning windows (interior and exterior), shades, and blinds
• Cleaning all tables and countertops
• Cleaning offices and conference rooms
• Cleaning patios / garden areas
• Cleaning breakrooms
• High & Low Dusting
• Baseboards
• Vacuuming carpeted areas
• Removal of stains
• Backpack Vacuum (as needed)

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule driven by the needs of the facility
• Ability to communicate in a timely manner and respond appropriately
• Basic time management and organizational skills
• Bilingual preferred
