Element Biosciences is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the EMEA region. This role is responsible for driving sales of AVITI instruments, consumables, and services, while meeting or exceeding sales targets within an assigned territory. The Inside Sales Representative will manage the customer sales process, prospect and qualify sales leads, and manage the tender strategy in collaboration with the sales team. This is a remote role based in Europe.
- Managing the customer sales process through various channels
- Prospecting and qualifying sales leads
- Managing the tender strategy for assigned geography
- Developing the organization’s tender process strategy
- Maintaining the Salesforce CRM database
- Achieving daily customer phone contact objectives
- Life Sciences Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of lead generation/prospecting experience
- Experience with on-going account management
- Experience with CRMs
- Good understanding of the NGS field and working with tenders
- Comfortable with conducting presentations
- Multilingual in English and German
