Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Implementation to oversee the successful implementation of their software solutions for clients. The Manager will lead a team of implementation specialists, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation while maintaining high client satisfaction. The role also involves implementing new processes to scale MaintainX’s Professional Services.Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the full implementation process for clients.
- Managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Leading, training, and mentoring a team of implementation specialists.
- Partnering with sales for smooth client transition to implementation and support.
- Collaborating with the product team to refine software based on client feedback.
- Maintaining quality and accuracy of software configurations.
- Continuously improving the implementation process.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on the Enterprise segment is a plus.
- Experience leading teams.
- Previous experience in an engineering environment (manufacturing and industrial space is a plus).
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms.
