Job Description
Tenable is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its Cloud Security team in Tel Aviv. This role involves full technical ownership of the team's products, ensuring high code quality, and mentoring team members. The Engineering Manager will also drive process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Role involves:
  • Leading code reviews and maintaining high code quality.
  • Managing the team's Agile development life-cycle.
  • Mentoring team members.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Designing, coding, and delivering features to production.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and coordinating cross-functionally.
  • Triaging and resolving product or system issues.

Requirements:
  • BSc in computer science or equivalent from a known university or college in Israel.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing development teams.
  • High-level knowledge of C#, C/C++, Java, Go, Python.
  • Experience building scalable and high-available distributed services.
  • Experience developing services hosted on AWS, Azure, GCP is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
