Job Description
CHeKT is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. The Product Manager will work with the entire platform, including software, integrations, and hardware devices. The ideal candidate will be a solution-oriented professional with good communication skills and proven product management experience.

Role involves:
  • Driving the entire product development life cycle
  • Collaborating with product designers and software engineers
  • Engaging with customers and monitoring station partners
  • Collaborating with the COO and VP of Technology
  • Leading the execution of integration strategies
  • Translating the product vision into detailed requirements
  • Being the product champion to internal teams
  • Troubleshooting and resolving escalated product issues
  • Recommending and prioritizing improvements to existing products

Requirements:
  • B.S. or B.A. required, preferably in an engineering discipline, computer science, math, physics, or related field
  • 2-5 years in product, project, or program management
  • Track record for managing and launching successful products
  • Strong ability to process and synthesize information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Genuine self-starter
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously

The position is based at Alarm.com Headquarters in Tysons, VA, and requires travel to CHeKT’s headquarters in Shreveport, LA, and OpenEye’s headquarters in Liberty Lake, WA. Alarm.com values in-person collaboration, with employees working from the office 4 days a week.
