Job Description
Airspace is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their operations team. This role is crucial in making logistics faster, more transparent, and safer. The Operations Specialist will handle critical tasks, make quick decisions, and provide excellent customer service. Airspace is a tech-enabled freight forwarder that’s redefining how the world’s most critical packages are delivered.
Responsibilities:
- Adaptability: Rapidly move from one critical task to another and to shift roles when necessary.
- Attention to detail: Find the right decision in critical logistics.
- Ownership mindset: Take ownership of the shipments you handle.
- Decision making: Make good decisions quickly to save lives.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite at our office in Carlsbad, CA
- Open availability strongly preferred
