Job Description
GWI is seeking a Product Experience Executive to join their product team in Athens. This role is crucial in empowering users to maximize the value of GWI's tech and data products through expert support and proactive initiatives.Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert support through live chat and user administration.
  • Contributing to scalable onboarding processes.
  • Enhancing self-service capabilities using AI and comprehensive Help Center documentation.
  • Collaborating with Product, Research, and Technology teams to provide user insights for product improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience supporting users of SaaS applications or data products.
  • Experience with support ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Drift).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
