Job Description

Hudl is seeking a Close and Consolidations Manager to join its finance team. The Close and Consolidations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with regional controllers to manage accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Focusing on intercompany transactions, consolidations, and maintaining the Chart of Accounts (CoA).
  • Close collaboration with various finance and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity in financial reporting, and streamlined ERP processes.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Accounting degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in accounting, financial close and consolidations with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with Workday Finance, NetSuite and Oracle.
  • Foreign currency experience.
  • CPA license (Nice-to-Have).
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and intercompany accounting as well as internal controls (Nice-to-Have).
  • Exceptional time management skills (Nice-to-Have).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Nice-to-Have).
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment (Nice-to-Have).
