Job Description
LA28 is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Framework & Process to join their Planning and Programs Team. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and maintaining processes that enhance project management capabilities within the organization. The Sr. Project Manager will drive change management initiatives, create and facilitate training programs, and resolve project management and process-related issues in a rapidly scaling environment.

Role involves:
  • Designing and implementing efficient processes to support rapid growth and scalability.
  • Leading change management initiatives for smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance project management capabilities.
  • Resolving process-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintaining and improving standards for governance frameworks.
  • Driving organization-wide efficiency improvements.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management or process improvement.
  • Experience in process development and change management.
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives in a fast-paced scaling environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering training programs for project management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Ongoing professional development, certification, or training in program and project management, change management.
