Finyard, a global FinTech company, is seeking a Content Lead to join their expanding team. The Content Lead will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing the company’s content strategy across all regions and channels. This role involves providing strategic input into content creation, defining internal processes, and ensuring brand voice consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute the company’s Content Strategy across all regions and channels.
  • Provide strategic input into content creation for major campaigns and projects.
  • Define and optimize internal processes and workflows for efficient content production.
  • Define the company’s brand voice and ensure that all produced content aligns with it.
  • Understand the client profile by region and ensure content strategies reflect the company’s vision and stakeholder goals.
  • Review all content to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all content meets regulatory requirements.
  • Produce content for a variety of formats and platforms.
  • Collaborate with design, social media, and video teams.
  • Proactively brainstorm new content initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content roles, with at least 1–3 years leading a content team.
  • Proven experience in fintech, brokerage, or digital banking content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of content performance analytics.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and a solid understanding of UX copywriting principles.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CMS tools.
  • Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
  • Experience in building content strategy from scratch and familiarity with product ownership is a big plus.
