Lunar Energy is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to contribute to the full product development lifecycle of their products' firmware and software. This role is crucial for enhancing the functionality, adaptability, and optimization of Lunar's designs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative products, focusing on sustainability and clean energy solutions. Lunar Energy aims to transition homes to 100% clean energy, making electricity greener and more reliable.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with other disciplines to refine product understanding and market impact.
- Brainstorming and evaluating new features and solutions.
- Designing firmware software for home energy product components.
- Optimizing manufacturing through automation support.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer-engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience delivering firmware for new products.
- Proficiency in C and familiarity with Cmake.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts across various engineering fields.
