Functional Consultant

Job Description

Wrike is seeking a Functional Consultant to join their Professional Services organization. In this role, the consultant will work closely with Professional Services Consultants to help clients transition from competitive platforms and adopt Wrike. The consultant will address the needs of Wrike's largest and most complex clients, aiding them in defining clear goals for successful Wrike implementation.Role involves:

• Delivering engaging presentations to various organizational levels.
• Quickly grasping customers' complex processes and needs.
• Applying change management principles effectively.
• Managing challenging audiences and complex client relationships.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years experience engaging in technical discussions.
• 2+ years experience working with critical customer segments.
• Ability to present complex digital transformation options and strategies.
