CarOnSale is seeking an Expansion Manager to drive growth in the Dutch market and contribute to building Europe's leading B2B marketplace. The Expansion Manager will play a crucial role in market development, customer segmentation, sales execution, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be a native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong English skills and 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
Role involves: - Developing the Dutch market with a sustainable, long-term strategy.
- Analyzing and defining top buyer segments.
- Pitching CarOnSale to potential customers and converting leads into sales.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Using Salesforce, Tableau, and other tools to plan and track activities.
- Collaborating with the international Demand Expansion team.
Requirements: - Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1 level or higher).
- Very strong English skills (C1 level or higher).
- 2+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.
- Strong drive and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for sales and eagerness to grow professionally.
