Job Description
Nozomi Networks is seeking a Regional Sales Director to build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity in Saudi Arabia. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for building strong relationships with partners, prospects, and customers, evangelizing the company's value proposition, and building high-growth, repeatable business in the assigned territory. This role involves working with various internal teams to open and close deals, leveraging partners to drive growth, and providing a white-glove experience to customers.
  • Focus on new logo and new business development.
  • Deliver on enterprise quota targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of quarterly bookings.
  • Develop and execute business plans for strategic accounts.
  • Be a trusted advisor for prospects and customers.
  • Orchestrate customer activities and engagements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for events.
  • Secure key reference accounts.
  • Execute land-and-expand campaigns.
To be successful, the candidate should possess:
  • Hunter-mindset and self-prospecting ability.
  • Proven record of quota over-achievement.
  • Experience in selling Network Security products.
  • Understanding of selling SaaS in a subscription model.
  • Direct Sales experience in industrial automation, controls, or security.
  • Strong knowledge of information security principles and networking technologies.
  • Background in OT/IoT with an industrial focus.
  • Experience with a strong sales methodology (preferably MEDDIC).
  • Experience selling to CIO or CISO teams.
  • Experience establishing Channel Partner relationships.
  • Pre-existing relationships with key resellers in the assigned territory.
  • High integrity and consultative approach.
  • Good communication, presentation, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.
  • Good written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Availability and willingness to travel.
