Job Description

Launch Potato is seeking a Director of Syndication at FinanceBuzz to define and lead the strategic direction of content across key syndication platforms. The Director will set the editorial vision, refine the brand voice, and create the roadmap for long-term revenue and audience growth. They will analyze data, develop content strategies, and work closely with the Editorial Operations Manager to ensure efficient production.This role involves:

• Defining and leading content strategy across syndication platforms
• Maintaining FinanceBuzz’s editorial voice
• Monitoring and interpreting performance data
• Reviewing, editing, and approving content
• Collaborating with SEO, Monetization, and Analytics teams
• Mentoring and managing a team of writers and editors
• Introducing editorial experiments

Requirements include:

• Proven ability to lead high-volume editorial operations
• Fluency in content syndication platforms
• Data-obsessed mindset with strong analytical skills
• Adept at leading a team and developing scalable strategies
• Exceptional editorial judgment and creative ideation skills
• An open mind around the implementation of AI
• 7+ years of digital editorial leadership experience
