Job Description

Launch Potato is seeking a Director of Syndication at FinanceBuzz to define and lead the strategic direction of content across key syndication platforms. The Director will set the editorial vision, refine the brand voice, and create a roadmap for long-term revenue and audience growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on involvement in daily execution.Responsibilities include:

• Defining and leading a high-impact content strategy across syndication platforms.
• Maintaining FinanceBuzz’s editorial voice and excellence.
• Monitoring and interpreting performance data to iterate on content strategy.
• Reviewing, editing, and approving content to uphold editorial standards.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with SEO, Monetization, and Analytics teams.
• Mentoring and managing a team of in-house and freelance writers and editors.
• Representing the Syndication team in company meetings.
• Introducing bold editorial experiments to improve content performance.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead high-volume editorial operations.
• Fluency in content syndication platforms.
• A data-obsessed mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Adept at leading a team and developing scalable strategies.
• Exceptional editorial judgment and creative ideation skills.
• An open mind around the implementation of AI.
• 7+ years of digital editorial leadership experience.
