Launch Potato is seeking a Director of Syndication to lead the strategic direction of FinanceBuzz's content across key syndication platforms. The Director will set the editorial vision, refine the brand voice, and create a roadmap for long-term revenue and audience growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on involvement in daily execution.

Role involves:
• Defining and leading content strategy across syndication platforms.
• Maintaining editorial voice and quality.
• Monitoring performance data and iterating on content strategy.
• Reviewing, editing, and approving content.
• Collaborating with SEO, Monetization, and Analytics teams.
• Mentoring and managing a team of writers and editors.
• Introducing editorial experiments to improve content performance.

Requirements:
• Proven ability to lead high-volume editorial operations.
• Fluency in content syndication platforms.
• Data-obsessed mindset with strong analytical skills (Looker, Google Sheets).
• Adept at leading a team and developing scalable strategies.
• Exceptional editorial judgment and creative ideation skills.
• 7+ years of digital editorial leadership experience.
• Open mind around the implementation of AI.
