Job Description

Launch Potato is seeking a Director of Syndication at FinanceBuzz to define and lead the content strategy across key syndication platforms. The Director will set the editorial vision, refine the brand voice, and create a roadmap for long-term revenue and audience growth. They will analyze data, translate insights into content strategy, and work closely with the Editorial Operations Manager to maintain efficient production.

This role involves:

• Defining and leading content strategy across syndication platforms
• Maintaining FinanceBuzz’s editorial voice
• Monitoring performance data to iterate on content strategy
• Reviewing, editing, and approving content
• Collaborating with SEO, Monetization, and Analytics teams
• Mentoring and managing a team of writers and editors
• Introducing editorial experiments

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven ability to lead high-volume editorial operations
• Fluency in content syndication platforms
• A data-obsessed mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience leading a team and developing scalable strategies
• Exceptional editorial judgment and creative ideation skills
• An open mind around the implementation of AI
• 7+ years of digital editorial leadership experience
