The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Manager S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) – B2B to join their B2B-Operations Team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating B2B actions and serving as the interface between the Key Account Team and Production. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and a passion for driving the ESN & More Nutrition brands forward.This role involves:
Coordinating the planning of upcoming sales campaigns with the B2B Key Account Team and the Production Department.
Preparing well-founded forecast evaluations, sales and inventory analyses, and decision templates.
Contributing to cross-functional planning and optimization projects.
Requirements include:
Solid experience in Sales & Operations Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning.
Very good Excel skills.
Analytical mindset.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to be regularly present at the HQ in Hamburg.
