iFood is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and connecting the best delivery solution for iFood's main restaurants, ensuring engagement and delivering the best level of service. The ideal candidate will not be satisfied with problems as they are, seeking to raise the bar for deliveries and optimize the operation of iFood's partners.
The role involves:
Monitoring operational indicators of partners and their regions.
Analyzing KPI's and problem-solving.
Conciliating local knowledge with performance improvement strategies.
Providing operational support and conducting follow-up meetings with the Commercial team.
Leading routine meetings with key partners, providing operational visibility and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
Analytical, proactive, curious, and questioning profile.
Ability to generate insights and understand trade-offs for autonomous decision-making.
Structuring information for results presentation.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high-speed and dynamic environments.
Versatility to work with different iFood teams and types of challenges.
Proficiency in DataViz tools and intermediate Excel/GoogleSheets (Pivot Tables, Conditional and Matrix Functions).
Experience in business areas, participating in analysis and decision-making.
