iFood is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to support the growth of its tech teams. The role involves diagnosing, designing, and executing development solutions for multidisciplinary teams in Engineering, Data, Product, and Design. The specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to impact the developer lifecycle and support the structuring of frameworks.
The Training and Development Specialist will:
- Diagnose, design, and execute development solutions for tech teams.
- Co-create solutions with technical and People stakeholders.
- Support the structuring and evolution of frameworks.
- Partner with chapter leads.
- Lead projects and initiatives end-to-end.
- Understand the technical persona of chapters.
