The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for exploring and developing new route models, managing product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Role involves:
Exploring and developing new route models for operational optimization and cost reduction.
Planning, managing, and evolving product roadmaps to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
Collaborating with technology, design, and business teams to implement innovative solutions.
Conducting discovery practices, experiments, and validations, including POCs, A/B tests, and user interviews.
Monitoring product performance metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.
Requirements:

Experience in discovery processes and hypothesis formulation.
Proven ability to conduct experiments such as POCs and A/B tests.
Experience with data analysis and metric interpretation for decision-making.
